Enzo combines fresh regional products with traditional Japanese cooking techniques. Head Chef Long Hoang's dishes are strongly influenced by impressions of his Vietnamese homeland and European lifestyle, as well as 15 years of Sushi preparation. Signature dishes like truffle sushi or flambéed fish with yuzu pepper reflect his fascination and passion for Asian cuisine and take you on a culinary journey.

Outstanding dining experience! Everything was absolutely superb. The setting was great, dimly yet adequately lit with a decisive Japanese deco. The staff were all knowledgeable of every single thing in the menu and super friendly, smiling constantly. And the food... Wow. Simply exquisite, fresh and innovative sushi, otherworldly edemame. We were invited some sake in the end! Price is on the upper spectrum but I believe totally fitting the offer and experience. Can't wait to return!

A new favorite! Enzo Sushi Bar is a great Japanese restaurant. The starters, sushi, drinks and desserts were amazing. Go with their signature dishes and you won't regret it. The service was very friendly and professional, and the restaurant is cosy and welcoming.
